Hey Geroy! My Question for you is what is your pre game ritual. like i mean for the day from getting up in the morning to ending the day with a victory?

My game day ritual is to get up have a quick workout for 15-20 minutes, to wake my body up. Then I have a small meal around 2pm and leave for the game around 3pm. I try and keep thing pretty simple.
