Chris, as you should know by now, the Renegades will be back in the CFL in 2009.  It will be great for the league and the City of Ottawa.

I am 12 and from Vernon B.C.. I play slotback. I was wondering if I should do a fake to get rid of DBs or just cut? I also want to know if there is a opening of clear field should I run to it or stay with my patern. I also want to know if I should knock over the DBs or just get around them.

P.S. I have been to 2 Lions games when I was 8 and 10 years old with scouts and we sleep on the field. You are my favourite player in the C.F.L.

The best way to get rid of DB is to RUN FAST!  They are afraid of getting beat deep.  That's the best advice I can give a young reciever.  Thanks for your support.

Hey Geroy. Just wanted to let you know that I still follow your career on line, on TV, and thru your father if I happen to see him when I'm home. I'm proud of you for representing Jtown (and coop) so well. I was so surprised to be flipping thru the channels and see the CFL games on here in Tampa (where I live now). Needless to say I TiVo them all now so I can keep up. Also, my husband works with a girl from Canada and she's a big fan and can't believe that I grew up with you. Coop is in the house!  What's up girl!  It is great to here from freinds especially from Coop!  I hope things are going well for you.  So you are in my old stomping grounds in Tampa.  Don't hurt them too bad down there, they can't handle people from J-town down there!

Make sure you tell all of your freinds to visit the site.  If the stretching is starting to hurt, scale back.. keep it up but don't strech as deep.
